Do you shoot in the rain?Because New Jersey's weather patterns are so unpredictable and because of the urgent demands of our realtors to have their photos before entering their listing into the MLS ... Hangtime27 shoots in the rain As a courtesy, we will photo-enhance one front image and one backyard image. Note that if everyone wanted to postpone their photo shoots, waiting for a sunny day, because of the backlog that would occur, we wouldn't be able to reschedule your shoot for quite some time. New committed shoots take presedence over rescheduled shoot dates. Also, if cancelled within 24 hours, you will lose your ENTIRE shoot fee.

How do I get more exposure with my tour?1. MLS Posting: Since many realtors hire our services prior to posting their listing into the MLS, please remember to provide us with your newly assigned MLS # once received. We will post your newly created virtual tour to Realtor.com for you. Please note that if your company automatically generates a virtual tour for you, you’ll need to disable that feature for this listing. This way, your newly created branded, high-resolution virtual tour will show up in Realtor.com. 2. YouTube Video: Because YouTube is owned by Google, Google puts a weighted value on YouTube videos. If someone does a search for an area or property on Google, your YouTube video, with its weighted scoring value, will creep its way to the top of a Google search, ultimately bringing your video more views. Please note that a video is different than a virtual tour, but will also help get your property more exposure. 3. Follow more people in your social networks: This is probably one of the best ways to get more views on your virtual tours. It’s not really a new concept. The more people you follow, the more likely people are to follow you. The more people that follow you, the more people your tours will get in front of. This is a concept you’ll hear a lot about when marketers talk about getting Twitter followers. Be social and present and you’ll get more views. 4. Share your virtual tour in groups and use Twitter hashtags: Find real estate communities around the web that will appreciate your 360° content beyond your own fan page or personal accounts. One place is Twitter with the hastag #VirtualTour. 5. Share your tour on reddit, stumbleupon and digg: I really like to share on these places because they will give your virtual tour a chance to go viral. Reddit and Digg give you a decent chance for that, especially if your tour is unique or touches upon a hot subject in worldly culture. The best thing about this method is it really only takes a few seconds to do and can accomplish huge results. 6. Comment and Like other’s tours: This is much like the first in that the more social and active you are, the more attention your work will receive. Virtual tours that hit certain milestones in likes and comments get pushed to the top, which gives the tour another chance to get more views. We notice that one is more likely to get a comment on their own tour if they leave a comment on someone else’s first. Just be sure your comment is helpful or constructive. 7. Create better or unique tours: Provide features on your tours that make your listing look more unique. Consider adding aerials, video, floor plans, 3D Virtual Reality Walkthrus. Click HERE to witness an example that shows a tour with some of these enhancements.

What's your refund policy?Due to the nature of digital / custom photography and the fact that photographs, once sent, cannot be returned, Hangtime27 has a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY. Refunds will NOT be given due to "not liking a photo." If there's a photo in question that needs editing, we will, in our best effort, try to correct it and return the revised image(s) within 24 hours.
